Dec. 20 (Bloomberg) -- Kim Jong Il's death and the risk of instability in North Korea may weigh on business and consumer confidence in South Korea just as the central bank warns of threats to growth and exports falter.
Kim Jong-un is all but certain to step into the shoes of his father Kim Jong-Il, who passed away on Saturday. Taking charge of a nuclear powered and relatively unstable country, Kim Jong-Il, who is in his 20s, appears to have the support of the North Korean people and the military.
